As a resident of Clifton Park for the past 28 years, I have had the opportunity to not only watch my own town grow, but also the entire Capital District, providing me with great knowledge in real estate in all different towns.
In the past, I have had experience in the Mortgage Industry as a Mortgage Underwriter. For seven years I had the opportunity to see the world of Real Estate from a different view, and realized it really interested me and wanted to be on the other end, I wanted to help people find the home of their dreams.

In May of 2000 I graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Electrical Engineering. I began to work for the U.S. Army's Department of Defense Engineers Research and Development Command. In between working for the U.S. government I had successfully built two businesses from the ground up. I opened Gino's Pizzeria in Troy, NY. After selling that investment I began working with real estate and larger business ventures. I opened Spirits of Troy Wine and Liquor in December 2004 and am currently the sole owner. I have maintained my engineering job through this process. I have a raw talent and strong desire in real estate. Someone's home is their castle.
After long hours and hard work there is nothing like retiring for the evening in your own home. Something I learned at an early age was to listen to your customer.
